Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinating Manager to lead and manage UAT efforts across multiple business units for key system releases, including Salesforce, Defi, Shaw, and others. This role will ensure that business requirements are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment, with a strong focus on compliance, quality, and cross-functional alignment. This role will ensure timely and comprehensive testing prior to software vendor monthly releases. This role will be responsible to manage post production validations and defect remediation during release warranty periods.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate UAT Activities: Plan, schedule, and manage UAT cycles across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business priorities.
Test Case Development: Write, review, and maintain test cases and scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
Test Execution: Perform hands-on testing and coordinate execution with business SMEs, documenting results and tracking issues.
Defect Management: Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA and Freshservice, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and project teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the testing lifecycle.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure UAT processes and documentation meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Training & Support: Provide guidance and potential training to business testers and SMEs on UAT best practices, tools, and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve UAT processes, tools, and documentation standards.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Two or more years of relevant technical and business work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing or related QA roles.
Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, defect lifecycle, and business process validation.
Experience working with Salesforce, Defi, Shaw, or similar platforms in a financial services or regulated environment.
Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, and Freshservice.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Travel: 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.
Location: Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX.

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate experience using MS Excel, MS-Access, MS Query and Visio or similar process mapping software.
